Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of the Seattle Markets Digital website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Seattle Markets provides brand & identity design, social media branding, marketing design, email design, and website design services as detailed on our pricing pages.

All services are subject to the scope, deliverables, and timelines outlined in each package or custom agreement.

Payment Terms

  • All packages require 50% payment upfront before work begins
  • Remaining 50% is due upon final delivery
  • Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each billing cycle
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may result in project pause or termination

Refunds & Cancellations

Package Projects

Once work has begun, the 50% upfront payment is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you forfeit the upfront payment but are not liable for the remaining 50%.

Monthly Retainers

Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Unused designs in a paid month roll over for one additional month. After that, they expire.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:

  • Starter: 2 rounds
  • Brand Growth: 2 rounds
  • Brand System: 3 rounds
  • Social Retainer: revisions included monthly

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed as change orders at $150 per round.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, full intellectual property rights to the deliverables transfer to the client. Seattle Markets retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of Seattle Markets.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver projects on time, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback (typically within 5 business days)
  • Submit all required materials and information as requested
  • Make payments per the agreed schedule

Communicate openly about scope changes or concerns

Project Timelines

Stated timelines begin upon receipt of the upfront payment and completed brand questionnaire. Delays in client feedback or required materials may extend the timeline accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Seattle Markets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. NDAs can be signed upon client request.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
